Domestic and international arbitration is our special strength, as the founder of our firm, Mr. Pasi Kärsämänoja, is much sought after not only as a counsel but also as an arbitrator.

 

All our lawyers are licensed counsels with extensive experience in commercial litigation and qualified to appear before all courts and authorities in Finland. In additional to litigation and arbitration, we offer a wide range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and conflict management services such as mediation and assistance in negotiations.

 

Our dispute resolution services are also available to individual persons. We regularly assist our clients in cases such as inheritance disputes, divorce proceedings, tax appeals and real estate or housing disputes.
